We all know how important it is to be social and feel connected to community, but that’s especially important as we grow older because we might start feeling more isolated.
So how can we help build relationships, connect with the rainbow community, and get active?
Creative project group, All The Queens Men, host the ‘Elders Dance Club’, which aims to do just that, and they have a special event happening this weekend as part of the Victorian Seniors Festival – the Coming Back Out Tea Dance.
Tristan, Artistic Director of ATQM, and Peta, a regular attendee of the dance club joined Rach & Dean to tell them all about it.
