When it comes to Pride in sport, sometimes it’s the little things that can make a big difference, like a pride flag aon a uniform or painted on the pitch or court, having. massive impact for LGBTQ+ people and the inclusion they feel.
But what happens when it gets taken away.
Well in the case of Ice Hockey, after having pride tape as a symbol and commitment of inclusion for 7 years, a world-wide upheaval of support and pride happened a week ago when the NHL, the National Ice Hockey League, banned pride tap.
