Inspiring women’s inclusion in the workplace – Michelle Shepphard

You may know Mama Mish (Michelle Shepphard) from her past time volunteering here on the JOY airwaves, her advocacy work not only for trans people in the workplace but equality and visibility for all within our rainbow communities, or her work at Victoria’s Department of Transport.

She joined Rach & Dean on JOY Breakfast ahead of International Women’s Day next Friday, to discuss how we can build on the momentum of existing strategies and programs to inspire and increase women’s inclusion across an array of workplaces.
