Each month we are joined by our psychotherapist Ando to clarify some things in life that we all may struggle with at times, and today is a big one…When we think about the word “endings” we might instantly be drawn to tragic losses or long-lost loved ones.
But… endings come in many shapes and forms. It might be the way you sneak out of parties, not wanting to do the “goodbyes” or perhaps an unconscious pattern that sees you somehow getting your partner to leave you.
