Photographer, performer, and all-round creative soul Evan Cooper joins Tamzyn and CJ to talk about Cafuné—his latest exhibition at Red Gallery.
Named after the Brazilian Portuguese word for gently running your fingers through someone’s hair, Cafuné explores the healing power of touch and the emotions we communicate without words.
Evan also chats about balancing his artistic life with a day job, his burlesque roots, and how fabric and feeling merge in his photographic style.
Catch Cafuné at Red Gallery from 28 May to 8 June, with a special opening on Friday 30 May from 6–8pm.
