The concept of gender diversity is centuries old and something we are always willing to talk about and support here on JOY. 

JOY Breakfasts resident clinical psychotherapist Ando, popped by to talk with Mamma Mish & Dean about some recent findings into how feminine presenting gay men are discriminated against by not just straight identifying males, but also those who are attracted to men.  

This research study finds both gay men and heterosexual men prefer masculine over feminine gay men for a high-status role, suggesting feminine gay men may face implicit discrimination in the workplace.
