Dementia Australia has released a podcast that aims to alleviate the loneliness and social isolation people living with dementia experience.
Hold the Moment has been developed by people living with dementia. It’s vulnerable, authentic, hopeful, heartwarming and at times heartbreaking. It’s hosted by Jim Rogers (57), who lives with younger onset dementia and award winning journalist Hamish Macdonald, whose father also has dementia.
