Azerbaijan decides…kind of

National Finals

What hath thou wrought Simon Cowell?

After several weeks of nonstop karaoke covers of Eurovision songs, Western pop songs, and Azeri pop songs, the five candidates were whittled down to one and Azerbaijan did make a decision.

The honour will go to Sabina Babayeva, who quite honestly has serious star quality about her.

So now that we have the singer, we’re now awaiting the song.

Will Azerbaijan recruit another Swedish music writing team?  Might there possibly be an all Azeri entry?
