FYROM had already internally chosen the singer Kaliopi to represent them in Baku and this morning (Australian time), MKRTV presented her song.
The song Crno i Belo (“Black & White”) is a collection of several genres and the soft start is not quite reflective of where the song goes.

This is technically not Kaliopi’s first time at Eurovision, as she won the 1996 selection for FYROM, but that year the EBU used an internal selection and FYROM (along with Denmark, Germany, Israel, and Russia) did not make it to the final 23.
