Rising Up is Hella(s) Freaky
MAD TV hosted Eurosong 2014, a celebration of 40 years of Greek participation in the Eurovision Song Contest, to choose the song to go to Copenhagen. The jury and public votes gave Freaky Fortune featuring Risky Kidd the nod, with their song Rise Up.

DT, Greece’s interim national broadcaster, televised the show from Athens. There were duets galore from famous Greek artists, all of whom had represented the country at Eurovision.
The winning song was the favourite going into the final, after the four competing songs were published online. Kostas Martakis had a very popular entry, with Kanenas De Me Stamata getting quite a lot of attention in Greece in the lead up to the grand final.
