Slovenia: Maraaya’s Here!

One of JOYEurovision‘s favourite national finals, Evrovizijska melodija (EMA), has concluded in Ljubljana with a winner.

Two-member band, Maraaya, won the competition with their track Here For You. Marjetka and Raay bet seven other contestants to win the Slovenian ticket to Vienna.

The eight acts were whittled down to two for the Super Final, in which Maraaya competed against Rudi Bučar and his song Šaltinka.

In the end, the duo won with 7 311 votes, compared to Bučar’s 5 449 votes.
