It’s pure Destiny in Sofia!
Malta has won its second Junior Eurovision Song Contest in three years, as crowd favourite Destiny Chukunyere took home the trophy in Sofia.

The thirteen-year-old singer wowed the crowd with her song Not My Soul and broke JESC records with her win. Collecting 185 points from Europe puts her at the top of the points ladder, moving ahead of María Isabel’s winning result for Spain in 2004.
Armenia’s MIKA came second with 176 points and Lina Kuduzović was awarded with 112 points to put Slovenia in third place.
Australia’s debut entry, My Girls, sung by Melbourne’s Bella Paige, came eighth out of the field of 17.
