Belarus: IVAN flies to Stockholm
It’s been a big night in Belarus as the nation decided on who would fly its flag in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest. This year, the Eastern European country has gone with wings.

IVAN, also known as Alexander Ivanov, is heading to Stockholm with his song Help You Fly. The Belarusian singer won the televote by less than 1000 votes, ahead of NAPOLI’s My Universe.
The 20-year-old singer is well-known to Belarusian and Russian viewers, having been chosen as Russia’s entrant for the planned revival of the Intervision Song Contest last year.
Coming fifth was Alekey Gross with his song Flame. The song was co-written by Australian, Renee Pozzi.
