The UK began its Eurovision journey in 1957 with the operatic All, performed by Patricia Bredin. Since then there have been singing little birdies, puppets on a string, kisses, indecisive clothing, and shining lights.
No matter where one stands on how serious the contest is taken by the UK, there’s no doubt that the UK has quite an impressive track record at Eurovision.
