It’s 2008. For the first time, JOY broadcasts from the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras. We make the move from South Melbourne to Bourke St. On air, Bridget’s Campervan is driving us home 5 nights a week and a song which owes its legacy to a pop-opera based around the Gerry Springer TV Show and never having an official release at the time, becomes a huge hit in clubs across the UK, Europe and the USA, thanks to UK based gay producer Wayne G. This song becomes the most request song on our airwaves in 2008. WARNING: The following song contains adult language which some may deem offensive, if that’s you, come back in 4 minutes and 27 seconds! Once again, this is Alison Jiear with I Just Wanna Dance on JOY!
