It’s 2010. With a huge amount of assistance from long serving co-host of A Touch of Pink and recently awarded life member of JOY, Richard Walters, recently appointed music director Chris Jameson starts to get a handle on keeping JOY at the forefront of new music from around the world.  Less than two weeks after it’s official release in the UK, Richard presents the remix EP of Beverley Knight & Chaka Khan to Chris for playlist consideration.  More than 6 months before it gained any club support in Australia, we had another classic on air, at JOY.  This is the Bimbo Jones remix of Beverly Knight & Chaka Khan’s Soul Survivor!
