Currently thriving in it’s second run at the Motley Bauhaus. This episode is also all about rom-coms, and how they have inspired Dax and their work. A heartfelt and often heart-wrenching portrayal of her own experiences dating in Melbourne in the earlier stages of transition, the play uses rom-com tropes to highlight the beautiful tragicomedy of the narrative. Enjoy a hilarious, unfiltered chat where I get to ask Dax all of my burning questions. Through philosophical insights, dirty jokes and incredible anecdotes Dax and I investigate genre, men, marriage and of course, this fabulous show.
