Melbourne artist Mandy Connell is a singer-songwriter who is a stalwart of the Australian folk scene and much loved by her colleagues in the industry. She has independently released her own solo albums, and albums with folk revival group Stray Hens and trio The Maggie Darlings. Mandy is also the creator of a web series called An Otherwise Quiet Room, in which she interviews other artists and sings with them. AOQR guests have included Liz Stringer, Kylie Auldist, Benny Walker, Sally Dastey, Khristian Mizzi and Monica Weightman. She joins Katie in the studio to talk about the third series of AOQR and its final event for 2019 on Thursday 19 September, featuring Tasmanian singer-songwriter Teresa Dixon. Here is the playlist:
