Katie previews the 45th Port Fairy Folk Festival, which takes place next weekend, by playing tracks by the festival’s Artist of the Year, Kutcha Edwards, and Emerging Artist of the Year, Kee’ahn, and by several other artists on the festival line-up. She also chats on the phone with Abby Dobson from Sydney duo Baby et Lulu, who are on the bill of the festival. Abby (Baby) and Lara Goodridge (Lulu) sing classic and contemporary chansons and their own compositions, and their Album Deux (2015) was nominated for an ARIA Award. Abby and Katie talk about how Baby et Lulu started, their beautiful new Album Trois, Abby’s involvement in recent Miss Chatelaine guest Delsinki’s Keep the Circle Unbroken project, and more.
