Making her second visit to Miss Chatelaine is Melbourne singer-songwriter Katankin (Helen Catanchin) – an artist whom Katie rates highly and thinks more people should know about! She and Katie chat about Katankin’s musical background and how she moved from singing jazz to writing and performing her own songs; the difficulties local independent artists face in trying to achieve public recognition; and her beautiful debut EP, The Quiet Shimmer of the World.
