Katie likes to describe local singer-songwriter Mandy Connell as ‘folk human extraordinaire’ for her extensive knowledge of the Australian folk scene and her years of work with dozens of artists. Mandy is Katie’s co-host on today’s show, which falls during the annual Transgender Awareness Week.
