Following the Victorian Budget announcement of 2015-16, the Minister for Mental Health and Minister for Equality, Martin Foley MLA joins Dean to go through the funding allocations including the establishment of the first ever Equality Portfolio and a Commissioner for Equality.
To get the community reaction to the budget, Dean is joined in the studio by Anna Brown from the Victorian Gay and Lesbian Rights Lobby. Then the CEO of VAC, Simon Ruth and spokesperson for Transgender Victoria, Sally Goldner join us On The Line for their reaction to the state budget.
