The tragic death of 16yo Cooper Ratten last Sunday has sent shock waves through many communities.
Killed in a car crash in the early hours of Sunday morning, Cooper is the son of AFL Football coach Brett Ratten and a player for the Yarra Glen Football Club Under 18’s.
Dean Beck speaks with former club president David Ball, (Father of Jason Ball) to remember a young man who had so much to live for.
The Yarra Glen Football and Netball Club have hosted the Pride Cup over the last two years, during which time JOY 94.9 has formed a strong relationship. They have become an extended part of the JOY Family.
Everyone at JOY 94.9 wishes to extend our sympathies and condolences to Cooper’s girlfriend, friends, family and everyone at the Yarra Glen River Pigs.
