– Chung To is the Founder and Chairperson of the Chi Heng Foundation, based in Hong Kong, but working mainly in mainland China. The Foundation was started in 1998, with the aim of providing support and educational expenses for children in China affected by Aids. Chung discusses his life, the family’s move to the U.S. when he was 15, his education, career in banking, a return to Hong Kong, and the events leading up to the creation of Chi Heng Foundation.
