In this program we speak with Bin who comes from Shanghai. He is in Australia undertaking Ph.D. studies in Chinese medicine. Before coming to Australia to undertake these latest studies he worked as a doctor and surgeon in Shanghai. Bin discusses life in mainland China, the slowly-changing government approach to many issues, including HIV. This also included the news that the Chinese government has very recently funded and opened a gay bar in order to help promote HIV awareness and general safe-sex practices.
