In this program we speak with Pascoe Braun, an indigenous Australian who was part of the “stolen generation” of aboriginal children. He had a difficult young life, and after finishing school years he took up sex work for a while in Adelaide, later completed a journalism degree here in Melbourne, and then spent 6 months as a news reader at JOY 94.9. Pascoe is now back in Adelaide preparing for a performance work (Dire-Tribe) he is doing for the upcoming Adelaide Fringe Festival.
