Conrad is a member of JOY 94.9 permanent staff, involved on the sales and related activities. He originally comes from the small city of Taurango in New Zealand where he was raised and did most of his education. He talks about his early life in New Zealand, his experience of going to the USA as an exchange student at the age of 17, and then having to settle back into N.Z. again after one year away. He also talks about not being the only gay in the family, and how and why he decided to come out to his family.
