Four out of every five cats and dogs over the age of three-years-old have some sort of dental disease which becomes more severe with age. Neglecting to give your cat or dog the adequate dental care can have serious health implications, we see all too often at The Lost Dogs Home. Knowing what’s going on in your pet’s mouth through regular checks and vet appointments can save your pet a great deal of pain and you financially as pet owners in the long run.
With Dental Health Month kicking off today, all throughout Pets-A-Loud we get out the dental mirror and look at what can lurk inside the mouth of your pet dog, cat, rabbit and guinea pig!
