Season 4 of Pop Queers is kicking off with a rematch!
Back by popular demand are Australia’s John O’Hara and the delightfully talented Lucy Maunder who will be facing off in a grudge match for the ages.
John O’Hara has starred in The Boy from Oz, Jesus Christ Superstar, Wicked, School of Rock, and the Rocky Horror Show and you will soon be able to see him in The Who’s Tommy with Victorian Opera. You can also hear John co-hosting Weekend Brekky, Saturdays on Joy 94.9.
Lucy Maunder has graced the stage in Matilda, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, Into the Woods, and the Rocky Horror Show and you can now catch her performing in Fun Home with the MTC.
Last time these fierce rivals went head to head Lucy pipped John to the post by a single point all the way back in the pre-lockdown world of Round 24. Can John get his revenge? Or will Lucy reassert her dominance and take home the Prize de Jour once again?
