We love getting out and about in the LGBTIQA+ sporting community! We headed to Melbourne University Women’s Football Club Trans and Gender Diverse People – Open Training session.!It was a wonderful celebration of diversity. Hear from the Advisory Committee members about their inclusive approach to footy and some feedback from two new recruits!
In A Chat With Jacs, TRUK United FC centre mid-fielder Hayden Millar joins us on Sidelined to tell us all about an historic event! On Trans Day of Visibility, the first trans men’s football team to play in Europe took to the pitch against a cis men’s team! TRUK United Football Club played against Dulwich Hamlet and Hayden tells us all about an amazing trans-inclusive club that offers a home to players who want to enjoy the sense of community the world game offers!
