Ali McGregor, stunning jazz cabaret singer and performer started her career as a principal soprano with Opera Australia in 2000. After performing over 25 roles she crept into The Famous Spiegeltent one night, beginning her love affair with cabaret.
In celebration of that passion she joins the Sunday Arts Magazine Team taking them on a romp into the risqué arena of opera burlesque, jazz and iconic cabaret performance.
She begins by introducing her favourite selection of top 10 cabaret shows that will feature at the up and coming Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
