Roslyn is an artist and organiser driven by the belief that broad participation in arts and culture is key to a healthy, harmonious and rich civic society.With a background in journalism and political science, and equipped with a Masters in Arts Politics from Tisch School of the Arts (New York University), Roslyn has ten years’ experience organising, producing and delivering major artistic projects with a focus on social change, public participation and artistic excellence – from independent festivals and events right through to major commissions for Sydney Festival, Kaldor Public Art Projects, VIVID Sydney and Underbelly Arts Festival. In 2018 Roslyn was the recipient of an Australia Council Career Development grant that afforded her the opportunity to travel abroad and forge connections with artists and festival directors across Europe, and to promote Australian contemporary artists and practices to international peers.
