Belinda Wiltshire talks to Brendan and David on Sunday Arts Magazine about her background, her works and in particular her entry in the Black Swan Portrait Prize.
Born in Geelong, Belinda moved to Melbourne in 1999 to study clothing design. After a brief time finding my feet she ended up in Brunswick where she has been for the past 16 years working as a practicing artist, curator and creative freelancer.
