Lighting Designer & Technical Expert- Shane Grant- is one of the team at Metanoia Theatre ‘an artist-led company that creates and directs [diverse] theatrical and performance experiences’. Wages Of Fear is Shane’s new adaptation of Georges Arnaud’s 1950 novel about 2 men willing to drive a truck full of nitro-glycerine up a mountain for a high wage. It’s on from 20 to 29 June at The Mechanics Institute in Brunswick and is Metanoia Theatre’s last production before leaving The Mechanics Institute on 30 June. Shane talks about the theatre, his own background, lighting technology and the play itself.
