We speak to Mike after being asked a number of questions on November 15 at the Marriage Equality Street Party in Lygon Street, Carlton.  We discuss the role that Liquor Licensing plays in the responsible service of alcohol and explain when a public place becomes a private space and how that changes the responsibilities for those who are running an event.
