What happens when your YES bubble gets burst? Thats one of the things we look at on this episode of The Informer as Dean Arcuri speak to Sara from the Metropolitan Community Church in Sydney. During a service on Sunday night, the sanctity of their worship was disrupted and she shares this experience in an effort to remind everyone that no matter what anyone tries to tell you, God loves you, you are loved.
Lara speaks to Headspace CEO Jason Trethowan about their mental health space where young people are helping other young people to reveal the simple things they do to look after their mental health.
Plus we touch base with some sock puppets for marriage equality, in a creative way to lift not only our spirits, but our resolve during the postal survey.
Have you posted your postal survey yet and added your voice to whether or not same sex marriage should be made legal in Australia? If not now is the time to do it.
There’s just over a month before the results come out, and you have until next Friday to request a replacement form from the ABS. The last date to make sure your postal vote is in a post box is the 27th of October but why delay, put it in the post today.
