When your workplace and the law don’t protect you – Tim shares his story.

No one wants to feel harassed in the workplace, especially for your sexuality. Now on The Informer we speak to a Victorian man who alleges homophobic discrimination from his former workplace, as he tells us how he feels let down by an employer, and a legal system, that is meant to protect him.

Timothy Bye’s hunt for a lawyer to represent him continues, his costs continue to mount as he manages his PTSD. His three-day hearing is scheduled for May.

If you can lend support, you can contact him via his crowdfund page.
