Happy birthday to THE WOODS!

Big Bear Mark, Bear-curious Dene, Just James and THE WOODS original co-presenter Luke the Wondercub are celebrating 3 years of Bears on-air on JOY 94.9.  The guys reminisce and reflect on:

• our first ever episode
• the big question: What is a Bear?
• the variety of topics covered: health, gender, sexuality, community, celebrities
• wangs in focus: real and faux, pierced and pearled
• a platform for sharing the personal stories of the LGBT community
• unpacking the phrase “woof, grrr”.

And a big Bear hug and a special thank you to everyone who has supported THE WOODS over the past 3 years.
