Eight moving canvases are rolling around Melbourne streets as part of this year’s Melbourne International Arts Festival, in the shape of iconic W-class trams. The artist behind one of the works, Troy Innocent, has used geometric designs integrated with a smartphone app to produce a multimedia, musical score on the side of Tram #5106. He joined us in the studio to tell us more about the project and his work.
Check out all the Art Trams designs here, and download Troy’s app to trigger your own experience when you find his piece.
