In this show we discuss changes during transition. We are very fortunate to have an amazing guest revisit us.

Ashley updates us on her transition, recapping her amazing story of coming out in the work place, as well as her consultations with her manager and human resources department to facilitate her coming out to her workmates. Her internal strength to be able to stand before 400 fellow workmates, on one amazing, life-changing day.

Ashley also fills us in on her change in carrier direction as well as her future goals.
