21 April 2018 marks the second year anniversary of the untimely passing of Prince, undoubtedly, one of this generations most gifted musical artists. Controversy was a single released in 1981 and fared relatively well in the Australian singles charts peaking at Number 15 that same year. RIP

Vernon Burch may not necessarily be famous by name, but the American R&B singer released 7 album during the 70s and 80s before joining funk group The Bar-Kays.
Get Up was famously sampled by Madison Ave in their Australian Number 1 single, Who The Hell Are You and the classic Groove Is In The Heart by Deee-Lite.
