Tonight on Unicorn Youth we had a Queer History lesson!
It is important to look back, learn and reflect on our history, to know where we have come from and give thanks to the people who have helped us get to the place we are at now.
We often hear terms like Stonewall, the 78’ers and Greenwich Village floating around, but let’s find out the important role these things have all played in our queer lives.
So pull out your notepads and pens and enter the Unicorn Youth classroom.
Queer History is our topic and our guests are your teachers.
Thanks to Dani Weber (25), Jack (27) and Diane, for sharing their knowledge!
