To Uni or Not to Uni – that is the question.
University can be a pretty cool place – learning things, meeting new people, possibly leaving home. But what is it like to be a LGBTQIA+ young person and heading off to Uni? Is it easy to be out? Is there a community you can connect with? What kind of services do they have to support us whilst we get educated?
Tonight we were joined by three lovely LGBTQIA+ Identifying Latrobe uni students, George, Georgie + James, who spoke about what Uni has been like for them and to offer some advice to aspiring uni students!
So listen up – it’s Uni time!
