LGBTIQ+ Women in Sport

Rachel and Jessie chat with Proud 2 Play’s Lauren Foote about  overcoming the barriers that stand in the way of LGBTIQ+ people engaging in sport and goes through a number of initiatives in play for our LGBTIQ+ community. Discussion continues on with ABC journalist and academic Kate O’Halloran about the challenges she has faced in being a woman sports writer, the inequalities facing women who play sport and what needs to change to create a more equal playing field.
