Journaling and Self Reflection

Jana Norman from the University of Adelaide joins us to discuss journaling and other self-reflection practices they’ll explore in SAMESH’s new workshop series.

Positive Ageing for Positive People aims to support people 45 years and older living with HIV in developing skills, social connections, and self-empowerment, which are integral to ageing well.

Presented by SAMESH, the workshop series is supported by a Positive Ageing Fellowship Grant from the Office for Ageing Well.

Learn more about or sign up for the Positive Ageing for Positive People workshop series in Adelaide here.
