If you woke up this morning feeling sorry for yourself, wondering why your life is so tough, then listen to Kath Duncan, Word For Word, as she brashly slaps you back to reality. Kath was born with quite a few bits of her body missing, but that hasn’t stopped her from achieving success as a multimedia producer, researcher artist, radio producer and broadcaster, actor, teacher, writer and she is in the final stages of her PhD. Describing herself as an “Out Proud Loud Freak Goddess”, Kath Duncan has worked for Radio National, TripleJ and ABC local radio, as well as SBSTV. Her infamous documentary ‘My One Legged Dream Lover’ is known and has been shown worldwide.
