Radio Troubles – Jillian Hocking Reporting

Jillian Hocking is a highly experienced broadcast journalist and international media educator, who worked extensively in war-torn regions, assisting conflict affected communities. She recently completed a 12 month contract working for UNAMA, the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan as Head of Radio Broadcasting. Today Jillian shares her passionate feelings for Afghanistan, its people and its future. Her insights on the state of radio in Australia are equally enlightening.
