This week Lisa “Dano” Daniel speaks with the remarkable and lovely Hang Vo.

Hang is the CEO of White Lion – an organisation devoted to helping at risk young people, and has a clear dedication to social justice. Having arrived in Australia as a Vietnamese boat person in 1978 , Hang recounts her experiences growing up in Melbourne’s southeast in a family full of love and happiness, but not without struggles. As an adult Hang has worked across a variety of roles over 20 years in the not-for-profit sector, often trailblazing as both a woman and out and proud lesbian in the role.

Join Lisa as she sits down with Hang Vo to hear a heartwarming story of intersecting communities and why she and her family love to call Australia home.
