Join Lisa Daniel on Word for Word. Lisa’s guest this week is Grace Lee. Grace was born in the UK and emigrated to Australia in 1990. With a career that has spanned academia and the IT industry as a project manager, Grace is now a psychotherapist and counsellor who has extensive experience working with trans, gender diverse and non-binary people. With her second wife Sheila, Grace co-founded Ovarian Cancer Australia and was Chair of Board of Directors for the first 10 years and remained on the Board for a further 7 years. She is still involved, but also now works for Thorne Harbour and Switchboard Victoria – which is a community based not-for-profit organisation which supports the LGBTIQA+ communities and their allies, friends, support workers and families.
