SINGAPORE: SLOW PROGRESS TO REPEALING SODOMY LAWS

It’s known as a shoppers paradise – a modern nation in the middle of Asia.  It has high wages and standards of living – the 3rd highest income per capita in the world.  It has good education, a multicultural population with almost 40% coming from outside the country and it’s been ranked the “most technology ready” country in the world. Where it doesn’t rate highly is LGBTI rights.
